As I wrote in the mail I sent I asked multiple times if you representative will be located on the site when I return the car and your response was always yes, this was one of the main reasons I picked your company. However when I picked up the car you employee informed me that since I am the only client at those hours required service no one will be at the office to accept the car and no one will drive me back to the airport, I need to call the hotline and to request for them to call me an Uber. From my point of view this is a clear violation of the agreement we had and I dont understand why this is the way you treat your customer. If you cant provide something just dont promise it. This matter left an unpleasant aftertaste regarding my dealings with youwhich were otherwise very goodand that is a shame.
