To rent a car, a drivers license valid in Polish, the current identity card, a credit card.
Where can I pick up reserved car / or additional costs are incurred substitution?
Reception / substitution of a car in Krakow is free. Costs Receipt / Substitutions car outside Krakow are set individually.
Is there an age limit car the owner?
Yes, the minimum age is 20 years old and have a driving license for at least one year.
Are there are additional costs?
We do not charge additional fees. The total valuation you receive when booking a car.
Does the car can result in another person than was indicated in the lease agreement?
No, the car can result in a person who is entitled to a car rental agreement.
Can I buy additional insurance?
Yes, you can buy additional insurance when booking a car.
Can I extend my contract?
It is possible to extend the rent only after prior contact with the office as well as the availability of the car. This is also the necessity to settle for another day of rental.
What form of payment is accepted?
Company Check-Auto accept payment in cash, by bank transfer, credit card MasterCard, Visa. Credit card details must be consistent with the data on the identity card.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, the security deposit is collected at the time of receiving the car. On your card is made lock (pre-
authorization), the deposit is refundable if the car will be put without damage.
Is the car must be returned with a full tank of fuel?
The car is rented with a full tank of fuel and should be also be in such a state. Otherwise, if the car will need to refuel the customer will be charged additional costs.
Can I purchase additional equipment?
Yes, we offer GPS, child seat, additional insurance, traveled out of the country, roof rack.
Is the cars Check-Auto insured?
Yes, our cars have full liability insurance / accident / AC / ASS
