“We had a great experience with Odkryj Auto and would definitely use them again. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. We were picked up at the airport and driven to the rental office, where everything was handled quickly and professionally. When we returned the car, we asked if it would be possible to take us to our hotel instead of the airport, as we were staying one more night before our flight home from Katowice airport. Although this isnt the standard drop-off location, they kindly accommodated our request. Our hotel was actually closer than the airport, but it was still excellent customer service and very much appreciated. The staff member who picked us up, handled the car handover, and met us again when we returned the car was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and service-minded and we could communicate in English with them. From start to finish, everything was easy, professional, and stress-free.”
